Welcome to Cenovis LLC. By accessing or using our mobile applications and services, including Mediscan (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cenovis LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company.

2. Description of Services

Cenovis LLC provides mobile applications designed to help users manage and track their medications. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Medication scanning and identification
• Medication tracking and reminders
• Health information management
• Multi-user medication management for families

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 should use the Services under parental guidance.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Cenovis LLC, our employees, or other users
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Services
• Use any automated system to access the Services without our permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
• Share your account credentials with others

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Cenovis LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

6.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

7. Subscription and Payments

Some features of our Services may require payment. If you choose to purchase a subscription or paid feature:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed through third-party payment platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play Store)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable app store

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cenovis LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
